Your training materials will come to you by email in 3 manageable chunks each week, followed by a weekly teleconference. The training materials include written materials and also audio files of the training because some people learn by reading, some learn by listening and most of us learn most effectively with a mixture of both.
This is a very efficient way to train because there is only 1 hour each week of committed time with the teleconference plus the flexibility to listen to the audio files while doing more passive tasks like travelling in the car, driving a tractor, or even manual tasks like doing the ironing. If you have to miss a teleconference, this is recorded and you will recieve the MP3 recording in both a streaming and downloadable format.

I found that the weekly teleconferences were very good because I could phone in from wherever I was in my business, then go back to my business and take a fresh look based on the conference. What is Included?
Your workshop will start with a mind mapping workshop to help you identify all your activities. Because mind mapping uses both sides of the brain and more closely mirrors the way we actually think, it is far more effective than merely making lists which is a very left brain activity and often misses important things. This works very effectively both on and offline.
A major aim is to open your eyes to wastage that happens all the time and is unnoticed. This wastage can then be managed, partly by going for a “grumpy” walk each day and partly by developing a management plan and a measurement process.
Once you have identified all your activities, you list them and develop a practical management plan including yourr goals, your evidence of achieving those goals, the resources you need. They you decide who is responsible for making it happen and set your target dates to to start your very real savings.
You will easily identify simple ways to record your carbon inputs so that you can see reductions and have the ground work prepared in case you find yourself as part of a supply chain involved in emission trading.
